Reported
Claims
Homeowner claims a variety of unusual occurrences happening in
her home, mainly in the living room area of the house. Most of the activity seems to be centered on an antique table built
in the early 1900's by the Amish. Below are some of the claims of activity.
-Radios turning on by itself when it was unplugged.
-Knocking coming from inside the garage door like someone was trying to get out the door.-Most of the family members have heard male and female voices in
the living room, but can't hear it clear enough to find out what is being said.
-A
foil pan flew off the top of the refrigerator almost as if being thrown.
-Homeowner
claims to have seen a male apparition twice in her bedroom, wearing a "weird type brim hat."
-Husband
claims to have had the covers pulled off him twice while sleeping.
-Homeowners
daughter claims to have felt an unseen presence push her down in bed. She began to cry and claims that she felt the unseen
presence wipe away her tears.
Average
Readings
The average EMF readings were 0.1,
with an average temperature of 75 degrees.
Attempting
to debunk claims
-Homeowners did have an icemaker in the freezer
that did cause the refrigerator to shake a bit. This could have caused something to fall on the floor if it was sitting on
top of the refrigerator. This does not explain however something being "thrown" from the top of the fridge.
-All investigators present noted a large picture of John Wayne hanging by the closet in which the homeowner claims
to have seen the apparition of a male wearing a brim hat. Ann went outside and shone a flashlight through the window several
times to cast a shadow near the picture. When our eyes adjusted, there did appear to be a silhouette of a man in a hat. Homeowner
claims to have seen this in the middle of the night as she was waking up. It could be possible that her eyes were adjusting
to the light.
